Over the years I had the honor and pleasure to scout one of our breeds finest females, NAFC, CH, FC/AFC Shadow’s Mojo Workin’ (Whitey) owned , trained and campaigned by my good friend Don Pool at DCR Kennels. Whitey was bred only once , to Terry Zigalinski’s Buster, and Don was gracious in allowing me the litter pick. Teton’s DCR Diamond Lil (Lil) is an exceptional dog and had it not been for an accident she had just as her field trial career began, she would have accomplished much more. Her leg was badly broken and extensive surgery was required. She recovered well and I was able to put a FC title on her, but her rebuilt leg was only good for a sharp 30-45 minutes. She now lives a very comfortable life in Paradise Valley, AZ. Lil Produced an exceptionally talented litter when she was bred to AFC FC NFC TONELLI’S SKY HIGH, With 3 pups active in field trialing. She was the GSPCA Dam of the year in 2015 as a result.
